pull eht paper injector lever, Or turn on and off.

Print hammer selenoid cap is broken, or print hammer selenoid is gummed up.

Your problem is probably the print solenoid either not firing or the cap that is on the end of it has broken off. Usually the cap is broken and a new one can be installed in its place.

You probably need a new power supply.

Your problem can be anything from the power supply to the system or function board, but it sound like the power supply has the problem.

If it beeps on every key stroke try code "S" if it beeps after a word try code "1" if it just beeps and nothing else you need a tech. DickyO

The pitch (spacing) is set by the print wheel. 10. 12, 15 or PS. the only way to change thr spacing is to change the print wheel. DickyO

On the WheelWriter series, sometimes the platen may pop out of position, causing only half the letters to print. If this is the case, easially solved... Using the left and right platen knobs, firmly push down to lock it back in place. Hope this helps....MediaMan

wo things first spray a little WD40 on the silver shaft that the carrier slides on, if that dosen't work you have to get some lube on nthe carrier motor bearings located on the loweright rear under the case.The front one can be accessed from inside the T/W the rear you have to fish the straw thrfu the case.DickyO
