Maybe you can try to shake the toner first, because sometimes we found some case the toner a bit like frozen or lumpy

That code indicates a problem with the (K) developing unit, which is the black color developing unit. Try removing and reinserting the black developing unit. If that doesn't work, probably need to replace the developing unit. Hope that helps.

Question edited for clarity. This is not a fuser unit error. Why change the fuser? Was it jamming at the fuser? Change paper to a better quality and make sure it is dry. The only solution is to clean the discharge lamp of the drum housing and also making sure that drum terminals are cleaned well

The problem is the main board is faulty or it needs to be upgrading its firmware mostly likely it got affected by the power try out this: Defective connector cable or poor contact in the connector. Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the connector cable. If none, replace the cable. Operation PWB and engine PWB (YC17) Defective main PWB. check whether your using the wright Toner cartridge secondly is the transfer bias spring or ground plates on the drum unit are firmly well.

I have seen this happen when the Default paper size is set to A4 when the paper is Letter size. Also try a mains reset, disconnect from the wall outlet for 5 minutes.
