Try this: Press and hold stop, start, and left exposure key in that order. Release and press stop again. Use zoom keys to enter 163, press start. Exit the mode by entering 001 and start, or power off/on.

c4000 The Problem: Polygon motor synchronization problem The polygon motor does not reach the stable speed within 15 s of the START signal turning on Causes: 1-Poor contact in the polygon motor connector terminals. Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the connector cable. If none, remedy or replace the cable 2-Defective polygon motor. Replace the LSU. 3-Defective engine PCB Replace the engine PCB and check for correct operation. This wat the service manual say about this error code but as Tech i recommand for you to do this steps before changing any part and this 60% could fix your problem. First of all open the back of your machine and make sure there is no cable connector is lose, specially those cables that connected to motors, unplug those cables and plug them again, also make sure that the paper fader cable is connected well. after this put the machine on and off and do this steps: In the operation panel hit 1087 twice, and this will take you to maintenance mode , then select 906 and hit start, look for the words in the screen, hightlight it and hit start again, the machine may be will tell you put the main power off and on, do this and you will be ok. hope it helps

this is a fuser error meaning that the fuser has overheated. In most cases the thermal fuse or thermostat blows and will need replacing. especially if you get the 630 code, and switch the machine of and back on and get a 610 code.

put a little toner(less than a tea spoon) on paper then pour it directly in the dev unit hole.switch off/on.did it work?

the problem e70 is concerning with the document processor of ur machine. either there is a jammed paper on it or the actuator of ur switch on the document processor is broken.
