Don't Worry, It's simple ! You Just have to do is: 1)Buy a toner Bottle, its dust and be careful with it. 2) Pull out the toner Cartridge (You know where it is?) 3) There is a small cover with a screws , open it and remove all dust inside. 4) Fill with new ink and screw up the cover, 5) put cartridge back on printer and start. Enjoy ! write back if any problems.

this is a fuser error. go into service mode( in the copier standby press 10871087 on the keypad) and go to u163 fuser error reset. If this does not work you might have to consult a service centre.

That is a fuser error. Replace the fuser & reset the code in service mode. You will also want to update the firmware of the machine.
