Hi there.

How many hours had it done? The bulb may have expired and as a safety precaution the projector will not switch on, otherwise the bulb will explode causeing further damage.

Cheers

I have a vertical shadow

The light tunnel has collapsed. Google "infocus light tunnel." You can glue it, as I did, but it tends to break again. From what I have read nobody has a good fix and the manufacturer has ignored the problem which has alienated a lot of customers. They won't even sell a replacement tunnel. Good luck!

Infocus x2 dose nothing

Assuming the power outlet and cable is OK the most likely problem is the power supply and needs to be replaced.

How can i get inside the projector.i need to clean

remove the lens rings using a flathead screwdriver and carefully pop them off. remove the 4 brass screws and the 4 silver screws from the bottom, and the 2 silver screws from the back. lift up the back panel from the bottom just a little. using a flathead screwdriver, pop open the 3 clips through the top vent of the rear panel. remove the rear panel. unplug the wire harness on the left and the small one on the right. lift up the top panel from the back a little bit and the front panel from the bottom. they will come off as one piece. be sure to blow out all of the dust with canned air. it's dry and there won't be any foreign particles in it. when you put everything back together, release the clip that attach the front to the top. put the top back on first, plug in the wire harnesses, then put on the front and rear panels. replace the screws. done.

I have a blinking white

the connection between the main board and the light engine could be reseated to fix this. If that doesn't work the main board is bad or the dmd on the light engine is bad.

Loosing picture

if it is over half your screen it is most likely the light tunnel under the colorwheel. If you have had it awhile the glue that holds the tunnel together deteriorates and they just fall apart. Or, the mirror inside the lens assembly may be knocked out of whack, but it's probably the tunnel.
