I have a Zenith Projection 50" TV IQC50H94W that has a blue arc
You need to replace your STK392-150 I.C.'s, Also, check all of the large nearby resistors, make sure none are burned, and remember, you have to check the resistance out of circuit with a meter.
once the resistors are checked, and the convergence I.C.'s replaced, you should be able to converge the picture through the user menu.
Zenith IQC50H94W will not power up
First off, check Q655,EP98,and D756. If they all check good it may take a service manual to troubleshoot this set which is based on the Hitachi DP-05 chassis and is similar to their model 53FDX01B.
No Pic or Sound
It sounds like a defect in the horizontal drive or HI voltage circuit. Could be the Horizontal output transistor , and /or the flyback transformer, a short in the scan derived power supply on the output of the flyback transformer. If your not aware of the HI VOLTAGE issues and have soldering experience you should seek a pro to assist ya in this repair. If you do have the experience, get a schematic and start with the hi voltage circuit. Good Luck
My zenith CD/DVD duplicator LCD light on but no ready
If the LCD light on your Zenith CD/DVD duplicator is on but it is not showing as "ready," it is possible that there is an issue with the duplicator's internal components or settings. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:
Check the disc trays: Make sure that all of the disc trays are closed properly and that there are no discs stuck inside the duplicator. If a tray is open or a disc is stuck, the duplicator will not be able to operate properly.
Check the power source: Make sure that the duplicator is plugged into a working power source and that the power cable is securely connected to the duplicator. If the power source is not providing enough power, the duplicator may not be able to operate.
Check the settings: Check the duplicator's settings to ensure that it is set up correctly for the type of disc you are trying to duplicate. For example, if you are trying to duplicate a DVD, make sure that the duplicator is set to duplicate DVDs and not CDs.
Reset the duplicator: Try resetting the duplicator by unplugging it from the power source for a few minutes, then plugging it back in and turning it on. This can sometimes resolve minor issues with the duplicator's internal components.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, it is possible that there is a more serious issue with the duplicator's hardware or software. In this case, it may be best to contact Zenith customer support or a professional technician for further assistance.
