I installed a new cartridge
Check to make sure you removed all the tape and plastic from the toner that is supposed to be removed. If that is not it, it could be the little connector that reads the toner is dirty or broken. You can try cleaning it off (maybe just dust...try some compressed air) or it could be done for if it can't recognize the new toner.
Also make sure the toner you bought is fully compatible with your model printer.

My printer HL6050DN give problem ERROR E50, HOE
Its a fuser error.
When you repair or replace the fuser try this, oh its a while since i had this problem so i will give you a rough idea for the fix.
turn on machine and when the red light flashes press the button ten times and this will reset it.
you may have to press the button as soon as it flashes or otherwise after the first or second flash start pressing ten times.
sorry but the brain will not just remember the exact sequence, but you get the idea.

Printer does not print the last page of a
Check out your setup on Word (or whatever word processing app you are using). Make sure the Print setup is set to all pages. Sounds like maybe it's set to a fixed number.
File>Print>Print Range: All
If you are printing spreadsheets (e.g. Excel) make sure you have set the Print Area correctly.

Things To Do When Brother Printer Shows Offline Errors

Where is the cartridge on a brother laser printer HL-1400
I don't see a Brother HL-1400 on their site. However, there is an HL-1440 which uses the TN-430 (regular) or TN-460 (high yield) toner cartridges. This printer also takes the DR-400 drum unit.
This toner cartridge works with several models in the HL-1400 series, including the HL-1435, HL-1440, HL-1450 and HL-1470N.
