You have to increase RAM (random access memory) if it is even possible. A new part has to be installed internally to increase RAM.

try this,,,settings>storage>apps> demo video> disable or this,' Tap on Apps in home screen - Settings - Storage - Internal Storage - Apps - Scroll down and Identify "Demo Video Application" under the apps list . Tap on Clear Cache and tab on "Disable", Ignore the warning message. Note: Cust may see the "Demo mode" icon in the homescreen, however it wont bringup Demo Video

It sounds like it has failed, try replacing it.

Drag down the menu from the top of it. There should be 2 parts of it. Slide top to left. Click rotation if it shows lock. If it shows a phone with 1 or 2 arrows. Then the rotation is free to turn.

Order a new display. I had the same problem and getting a new display fixed it.

Your display is cracked but just off the point you can't see it. Point is order a new display.
