Turned off the tablet, unplugged the charger and kept the tablet off for about 30 minute to one hour, plugged in back the charger, then turn on the tablet. After that I you might see the tablet started charging. Good Luck.

Assuming the restart option isn't available after pressing and holding the start button for a few seconds; you can let the battery drain ... but it may take a few hours. (Adapter must be unplugged). Then connect the adapter and restart. Another way is to remove the battery.
After the tab restarts check if system updates are taken care of. If the problem happens because of a particular app consider to uninstall that app.
it needs to have an association file like if it was a word attachment you would need office you can also try to see if you have the same problem on you computer
The card reader slot is shorter than the memory card itself, so it sounds like you didn't put the SD card into the card reader but rather, into some other kind of slot. If you cannot see the card at all, try straightening a wire such as a large paperclip or something and try using a flashlight so you can see to try and fish the SD card out. If you can't do it, you will have to go to the local computer store for them to try for you.
Any other defect, would have been repaired? go in a phone repair shop and ask what the replacement of the screen will cost. When they charge more than a new tablet cost, don't think twice, buy a new one.
Have you linked your account to another email, if so, you can restore it by sending a request to that email.
If not, you could go through the forgotton password for google mail.
