ERROR CODE 13,266.44
13,266.44 The Printhead reservoir heater took too long to reach setpoint temp.
Initial Actions:
Check that all system grounds are secured
Check the ambient room temperature
Check the fan operation and vents
If the problem persists, and you are trained on servicing this printer, then you can test the Printhead Reservoir temperature in the Service Diagnostics Reservoir Temperature test. It is either the Printhead itself or the wiring from the Printhead to its Electronics Module. This can be a very costly repair both in parts and labor.
Master reset xerox 8560 printer
Your Administrator Guide book should have these instructions listed for you. It should be on the CD's that came with the printer.
If you have lost/misplaced them, you can download the guides from the Xerox.com website.
The steps below are what I did from my laptop as a Repair Technician:
1. Connect a crossover cable between the PC and system. To print an Event Log or Runtime Log:
2. Verify the system is Ready.
3. Use the system's control panel to enable AutoIP:
a. Select the system Setup menu.
b. Select the Connection Setup menu.
c. Select the Network Setup menu. 5. The page should now print.
d. Select the TCP/IP Setup menu.
e. Set AutoIP to On.
f. Exit the menu so the system is Ready.
4.
NOTE: To print the Connection Setup or Configuration page, select the system Setup
menu.
Reset the system to cause AutoIP to assign a new IP address (cycle power or select
Restart system from the Shutdown menu).
5. After the system's IP address is set, test communication by sending the "PING" com-
mand.
6. If the test fails, install a different cable and retest.
Can anyone tell me what code 19,003.48 means for Xerox 8560?
19,003.48: Scale and offset error is too large. The voltages measured have more than a 20% error from their expected values. Something is wrong with the Electronics Module or the Wave Amplifier.
To prevent these discharges, a Grounding Clip (P/N 650442700) was added between the Y-Axis Motor mount and the Pick Clutch. Check that this clip is installed and contacts the metallic portion of the Pick Clutch.
Note
The Grounding Clip is factory installed in later versions of 8500/8550
models and in all 8560 models.
How Do I Reset Counters of Xerox Workcentre 7435 Toner Chips ?
You can't. It is hard wired in programmed memory. The reason is because most Xerox printed are supplied on a consumables deal where you have to buy toner direct at a slightly inflated price to cover the lowered lease cost of the machine. These machine also 'phone home' for interrogation..
