Take it in for setup. Likely the truss rod or the bridge is out of adjustment. Wrong strings can also cause the problem. There are YouTube videos on guitar setup... I would NOT attempt truss rod adjustment yourself.

Volume levels change depending on the settings... Also the harmonic content changes so the "apparent" volume will seem different. Find somebody else with the same unit and compare them side by side. Also the type of strings MAY change the sound.

I personally use Seymour Duncan Humbucker pickups, and have never been disappointed. You might want to take your guitar up to a music shop and try it on different amps to see if your amp is your problem, or if it is your guitar's pickups or wiring. You could also try adjusting the height of the pickups until the sound you are looking for is achieved. I have also had guitar cables make a big difference in the sound. Make sure you have a good set of cables, and you may want to adjust the EQ settings of your amp to make up what the guitar lacks. It calls for a stereo input jack? I'm not sure but I think It is probably calling for a 1/4 unbalanced input jack , keeps your signal mono. so if you are only getting the bridge pickup. You might check your position switch. and or your lead pick up. simply take the designated wire from the lead pick up and hook it up where your bridge position pick up is connected. (disconnect that first) if you get sound, then it just may be your switch. if you get nothing? check to make sure you have your ground correct and he lead wire correct. If these are active pick ups? you''ll need a battery source. if stil get nothing. your pick up may be bad.Thats a reads digest troubleshooting explanation. check your basics first. good luck

i believe you need a 1/4" unbalance plug for the amps input. Basically a guitar cord. If I am understanding the question. ? or if you want to know the actual "input jack",Maybe it is lacking or missing? than that would be a "1/4" unbalanced input jack". good luck, I hope this helps.
