Can you hear the disk spinning? If not, the motor may need replacement. If it is spinning- is it on Pause? If it is spinning and not on pause, the laser my be burned out, or the flat ribbon connector may be dislodged.
Hi! I can not open
If the unit is still within warranty, then it should be returned for repair by the manufacturer. If not, and you are handy with a screwdriver, then you may be able to fix it yourself.
Although I am not familiar with this precise model, in my experience most units of this type are based on standard optical drives, just like in a PC. If you remove the front panel of the unit, you should be able to find the emergency release hole: a small hole just wide enough to push a straightened paper clip into, which should release the drawer.
Hope this helps.
A cd is put in
Hello
Insert one Audio CD into it, and check wether it reads and recogonize it or not. If no disc display is shown, the laser pickup unit in your player is faulty. It is a special type, 'Three Spot Beam Detection type', and should be replaced with exact type and number, and is a critical component in your system. As its type indicates, it has three beams coming out from it to read and detect CDs put in it. If any one beam gets damaged, the unit has gone, and has to be replaced. This unit comes out from the factory, alainged to the best, and no focus alingments should be done in it.
First of all, check whether the disc spins inside the syestem as it has loaded. In rare cases sled motor 'the motor that spins the disc' may get strucked. Be sure the disc spins, before replacing the laser unit. If disc does not spins, you have to replace the sled motor, and it is a skilled work. If you have patience and confidance in this work, you can do it by yoursef. Otherwise take help from an expert technican. OK.

The most likely case is that one of the main output transistors (if which there are many) is shorted. When the protect circuit senses DC on the final output, it will not allow the output relay to come on to protect the speakers from raw DC. With the power removed, you can check between each outputs Emitter and Collector and you will probably find close to zero ohms. From that point you need to unsolder each of the pins of the bad channel until you find the shorted device(s) and replace them.

No or very little sound from Fender passport
Depending on the model, there are four around that date, it could be the insert jacks are tarnished reducing the signal flow between the pre amp stage and digital power amplifier. It could be the power amplifier has failed. It could even be customer error in wiring.
This assumes there is the correct level of signal entering the input sockets of course.
