Sounds like an earthing problem , check your cables and make sure none of the cables have strands that could be shorting down to earth causing the buzz

I would not try and fix it, I would just replace it.

are you running a sub, daisy chained to it? are they connected to each, just have one, two, four? are you hooked up like in the pic?
