In order to put your Frigidaire refrigerator FGHB2866PF into demo mode you would need to push and hold the "up arrow" on your freezer and the "down arrow" on your refrigerator for five seconds. Within your Frigidaire freezer the error code "FF" stands for freezer failure. I would perform a reset on your appliance which can be done by either unplugging the power cord or flipping the household circuit breaker. Once the freezer has come back on you should be able to push the "Down" button three times to start it back up.

Cut a piece of 1" marine plywood 1" bigger than the width and depth. Empty the freezer and put it on the plywood. Level the feet using a spirit level left to right and a fore and aft. Make sure it doesn't rock. Loosen the door hinges and centre the door. Fill the freezer back up.

Disconnect the power again for 5 minutes and then put a dinner knife across the two mains plug pins. Then plug it back in. If it doesn't work after that you need an engineer. The main board or other components may have been damaged by a power spike when the power cut.
