all gas range ignitors have to be just hot enough. i would say put an amp clamp meter on it. if it draws over 2.8 amps its probably good. if under that its bad and replace it.

the door will fall off when opened if both hinges are broken, if only one hinge is broken the door will drop down on one side.

well if it is you should talk to someone that brought it or if your landlord did it tell him you brought you fix it

To change the thermostat on a Defy oven with the serial number DGS 158 AA 14 11 100288, follow these steps:

1. Disconnect the power to the oven by unplugging it from the wall outlet or turning off the circuit breaker that supplies power to the oven.
2. Remove the screws that secure the back panel of the oven to the frame. The back panel is typically located at the back of the oven, near the bottom.
3. Once the back panel is removed, you will be able to access the thermostat. The thermostat is typically located near the top of the oven and is a small, round component with a knob or lever that controls the temperature.
4. Disconnect the wires that are connected to the thermostat. There should be two or three wires connected to the thermostat.

I have the same problem with a Kenmore oven. Looks like the oven walls have bent outward.

Its not always the oven temperature sensor. can also be a bad circuitboard. or config figuration. there is a on youtube someone how to do it. i had a 20 year old oven with de failcode F 03. fixt it with the config and it works again.

Hi, you have to switch off the machine for some minutes. After restarting push the "SET" and "OK" together and you will get the service menu, where you have to change "EUR" to "EURN". If the service menu doesn't activated you have to remove the calbe of display from control unit for some minutes and restart again.
