Follow theses steps (from Casio Support) :

First, check the batteries, and ensure there is not a paper jam in the printer.
If both are fine, then while the calculator is in the "Print" mode, press the [CA] (or [AC]) button 20 times consecutively to clear out memory buffers. Try some numerical calculations, and if the problem persists, repeat pressing the [CA] button 20 times.
If the problem still persists, then the calculator may require service

I found the solution listed against a different CAsio Calculator.
It was .. Press AC, then hold 'set' for a few seconds then press 'Tax+' , input new tax rate then press 'set'. Job Done

First you have to remove the ink. Then turn the rotator until it turns freely (check it by print any number), if it fix, put again the ink carefully I just have the same problem, and i solve it... get luck :)

Change the number of decimal places to 3 or 4.

There is settting for the print setup for this calculator I believe if not then check the print head for build up or blockage

the ink roller installed wrong, remove ink roller, re-install it
