How do you do permutation problems, combination

Use the key next to which is the marking nPr, for permutations, and the key nCr for combinations. In all probability, the functions are accessed by pressing the SHIFT key first. To use these functions, enter the larger number (n), press the key or key sequence then enter the smaller number (r). I cannot say about the binomial function (I do not have the hardware with me), and do not really want to second guess you: you do not specify the type of problems you have in mind.

How to find the length

You can not do it unless you know the measure of the central angle sustending (supporting) the arc. If the angle is known, you use the proportionality relation that follows:If angle is in degrees(length of arc) / circumference=(measure of central angle sustending arc)/360.Here the circumference is 2*PI*radius.If angle is in radians , the relation is somewhat simpler, arc length= (radius length)* (angle measure in radians)It is clear that in the last relation, the unit for the arc length is the same as the unit for the radius.

In your calculator try to use SHIFT LOG (10^x). Please remember this is for base 10.

You don't. The calculator can display only ten digits in a number. This number has eleven digits to the left of the decimal point, so the only way the calculator can display the most significant digits is to switch to scientific notation.

I am not sure what

You have your calculator set to give your answer in scientific notation. If you would like it to give your answer in decimal form you need to change the settings. On my calculator which is an older version, you just press [mode] three times. On your screen you will see fix sci and norm as well as the numerals 1, 2 and 3. press [3] on your key pad. You should see norm 1~2? then press [2] on your keypad and this will have changed your settings back to plain decimals.
I hope this helps!

I cannot find the "zoom"

I do not think you will find the zoom button on the Casio FX300ms. That button or function exists only on Graphing calculators (those that have a large display screen and have the capabilities to draw graphs of functions). As far I as know this calculator cannot draw graphs.
