If you are stating none of the buttons are working on your face, i would recommend a reset which is located behind the face. If still no operation, then it sound that you will need a new faceplate

Are you receiving power? Press the eject to see if you hear motorized noise. We would recommend a reset but if there are no noises or lights, please check fuse on back of radio and car to see if they blew. Otherwise, this might be a service issue on unit itself.

push and hold sel button to get into menu mode then use volume knob

1. Press and hold SEL for a few seconds.
Display should say "DEMO" "CLOCK H" "CLOCK M" or "DIMMER".

2. Press the tuning arrows to get the one you want. It should cycle through the 4 choices.

3. Use the knob to change the numbers.

4. Press SEL when done.

I thought it was kd-6210 but its kd-G210, need a magnifing glass to see the etched "G".

Check fuses and double check wires

the only way to send sound to this unit is an fm sender. if you have a radio that has cd changer controls you can get an adaptor from the manufacturer or large electronics retailer. your unit does not have this option. if you need the manual you can find it here.....

Hold the SEL button down for more than 3 seconds. A sub menu appears. Use the track select arrow key to select the hours, rotate the volume knob to correct hour. Press track select key to select minutes, rotate volume to appropriate minute. press select again to finish. If this doesn't help, go to jvc.com, then go to support, then user manuals, enter model number. You can dowload the entire manual for free.
