You are on the wrong website for this type of inquiry. This is a self help website for the repair and use of manufactured products made for consumer use

Unless your tv has a fault it is likely your (external?) aerial isn't picking up any stations with sufficient strength for the tv to lock on and commit them to the memory.

Possible reasons for this could be the aerial is pointing in the wrong direction, not high enough, geography not conducive, transmitters too distance, aerial gain too low, downlead fault or the presence of powerful local interference, mobile phone mast for instance.

Google

make model blink codes

You need a television engineer anyway.

Go into Settings and look for Reset. If that doesn't work, you need a service engineer, a board has a defective component.

The different codes are telling you, there is a copyright protection on the sound or the video. Sometimes parts are protected, because it was intended for other use.

please help! ive update my LG BH4120S bluray home theater, and now i got de cinavia problem. where can i get an old firmware??? thanks

The cinavia is not an error. This means that Samsung suscpects that you dont have the proper licences to play that file.
Cinavia is a copy protection that is used in some Blueray movies, and this copy protection is not removed when the file is ripped from the BD disk.
If you play the file on a computer or some other media player that dont have cinavia protection enabled, then the file will play without problems.
I have a Samsung HT-D6750W, and the same problem apeared after a firmware update, think it happended between fw version 1012 and 1013.
There is no way to downgrade the firmware in these players, but some of them does support custom built firmware. After you get that custom firmware installed, the software will be more open. Then it will be possible to patch the needed files to bypass the cinavia.
But this is a complicated process which require a bit knowledge to linux. And doing stuff like that will involve a certain risk of bricking the device if you do it wrong, and it will certainly break any warranty.
But if you are still feeling comfortable with trying this, then go to the SamyGO and try to figure out if your model is supported or not. Here are a few links to help you get started. But before joining the forum and start asking questions, do read all the info in the wiki's and search for your questions in earlier posts first.
