Hello skunkel,
Yes, I believe I can help you. Hopefully these previous admin person did not go nuts with the security thing. But I can help you either way. The least painful method. Approach the copier and view the operator control panel as we are going to go into service mode and delete the admin password. I am about to describe a "fluid 3 step keystroke " function which will put you into service mode. Before we start , locate the "ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS" button located between the LCD screen and the 9 key pad. Now, press additional functions, then the numbers 2 and 8 simultaneously, then back to additional functions in a smooth three step flow. The screen will change as you have entered service mode. Depending on the configuration of the device you will have several tabs in your display and copier will be at the top. Press copier. A new display appears with several tabs across the top. Press the function tab. New display again, and now press "clear". New display again. Look for "PWD-CLR". Once found, press it. It will be highlited, and then press the "OK" button in the lower right corner. The ok button will indicate you have touched it by beeping or highlighting or both (depends on the model). Then turn the main power off (the actual switch not the button on the op panel. If you are in doubt unplug the machine. After a few seconds re-energize the copier. If the previous administrator merely used a password then it is now deleted and you are home free. If not, then you will need to enter service mode again.......copier........function.......clear..... and then find MMI . Clearing this field will delete ALL customer inputs(IP address, favorites etc). If it is necessary press MMI and then ok. Usually you wont have to do this. But if you do you can have the fun of re-entering all your old settings as it will go back to factory settings.
Dear sir; Streak line, I have two things come out from my mind I need to clear; no. 1 do you make copy through ADF and got streaking line? if your answer is "yes" would you to make another copy direct from glass plateform, if copy coming out same problem that's means you need to replace drum cleaning blade, if copy coming out perfect then you need to clean the glass especial the narrow piece if they have, try it out and let me know, good luck!
HAVE A HAPPY HOLIDAY!!!
So I take it that you are sharing email accounts with your photocopier otherwise you would not be trying to look at what you've sent? You will not be able to see the doc because it has sent it straight through your server and only using your account for access. There's no problem if the reciever can read the doc. I hope I've helped.
I have a PDF of the service manual but it is HUGE (140megs! not including accesories). Far too big to email and too big even for yousendit.com. If you have WinRar I could slice it up into chunks and send via Yousendit.com. Let me know.
The problem is with the ITB (transfer belt)
The ITB needs to be removed and cleaned or replaced here is what the manual says
E070 ITB HP detection error
0002 The time that passes
after detection of the
ITB home position to
the next detection of
the home position is
longer than a specific
period of time.
if you require further assistance please get back to me

I had a similar problem with my MF6540. I could access the remote UI and see that the printer was recieving information via the print log. It would list all of my test pages that I tried to print but in the print results column I would get an error code NG(##5536) and the printer would not actually print anything. I tried the UFRII driver stated above and everything seems to be working now.
in standard mode set the mode to black then
Press the * key with the circle around
Then select copier features
Then scroll through the pages and select standard mode
Then press STORE
If you require further assistance please get back to me
E 013 is waste toner full. drop open the front door, you should see the bottle. now look for a single screw in the cover at the top of the bottle. remove the screw and bottle. dump the bottle in a thash bag. there is a light that shines thru the neck of the bottle, that path has to be clean. pull off the clear tape andplastic cones and blow out as much toner as you can and reassemble. don't wear white :) rp
Troubleshoot this issue step by step:
Check the Feed Selection Lever:
Ensure that the Feed Selection Lever (located on the lower left side of the front of the scanner) is in the correct position (up) for separation.
Straighten the edges of the stack of documents to be scanned.
Set the document guides so they are wider than the document to be scanned.
Place the documents face up into the feed tray, ensuring they touch the document stoppers.
Clear Any Jammed Paper:
Be careful when removing jammed paper to avoid cuts.
Remove any documents that have been left in the eject tray.
Close the document eject tray.
If the document ejection is stopped partway, perform this operation with the document eject tray extension open.
Hold the upper unit as shown in the diagram and open it to the point where you can remove the jammed document. The pickup roller is located in the middle of the upper unit. Do not hold the protrusion on the upper unit when opening it, as it may deform the pickup roller or cause a feeding error.
Close the feeder cover.
If the jam occurred in the feed section, pull the document out carefully without applying too much force. Be sure to remove any torn parts remaining in the scanner.
Close the upper unit slowly, ensuring it clicks into place. Do not force it to close, as this may damage the scanner.
After removing the jammed paper, check if the last page was scanned, and then continue scanning.
Rapid Recover System:
If a paper jam occurs when the "Rapid Recover System" is enabled in the ISIS/TWAIN driver settings, the image of the document is not saved, and scanning stops. You can continue scanning from the document that caused the paper jam after fixing the issue.
Additional Considerations:
Make sure the pickup rollers retract when the machine is powered on.
Check that the stopper plates are in the down position.
Verify that the upper unit is completely closed after clearing the jam.
Remember to handle the scanner components carefully to avoid damage. If the issue persists, consider seeking professional assistance or contacting Canon support for further guidance
I would use a soft toothbrush and a little Isopropyl Alcohol and then a lint free cloth and then give another gentle brush. There are some other ideas here. Take no notice of the answer by 'Marvin' on Fixya about dropping the head in boiling water, I think he thinks he is dealing with a colour inkjet printer.

You mentioned that you have already replaced the Laser Unit, but the error persists. Here are a few more steps you can try:
Check the cable: Ensure that the cable connected to the Laser Scanner Unit is properly attached and not damaged.
Replace the DC Controller PCB (PCB4): If the error still persists after checking the cable and replacing the Laser Scanner Unit, you might need to replace the DC Controller PCB (PCB4)

If your Canon iPF605 printer won't enter service mode and gets stuck at the "S" symbol without initializing, it may indicate a firmware or hardware issue. Consider updating the firmware or contacting Canon support for further assistance.
Question edited for clarity and add CAPS.
Is there a paper roll in it? I have seen them do this as the calculator is trying to feed the roll edge. You can turn printing off, but most need a roll in place. There is a repair video for a similar machine.

The E732-001 error on a Canon iR 3225 indicates an issue with the fixing assembly temperature. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve this error:
Reset the Condition:
Enter service mode by pressing the following sequence on the control panel: COPIER > FUNCTION > CLEAR > ERR.
This will reset the error condition. If the message disappears, your printer is ready to use. If this doesn't work, there may be a hardware problem as addressed below.
Replace the Main Thermistor:
The main thermistor is responsible for temperature sensing. If it's faulty, it can trigger the E732-001 error.
Consider replacing the main thermistor to resolve the issue.
Check the DC Controller PCB:
If the problem persists, inspect the DC controller PCB for any defects or malfunctions.
Replacing the DC controller PCB may be necessary.
Remember to turn off the printer before performing any maintenance tasks. If the error persists or if you need further assistance, I recommend contacting your local authorized Canon dealer or the Canon Customer Support Center for professional service
