this is a reader board error ... 1st check all connectors on the machine unplug and replug did this just happen or could there be a connector missing, this code usually comes from the connecter that looks like a small parrellel connector on rear going from scanner to right rear side

This is most likely a paper pickup issue and the feed tires in the tray you are trying to use are worn out or dirty..sometimes you can remove the trays and see where the feed wheels are and clean them off with alcohol and a rag and see if the paper will pass thru the feed unit. If not the tires will need replacement...Thanks

Those codes are usually related to a hardware failure in the machine, probably a specific color drum unit or possibly fixing section...prob going to need a service rep to help you on that one if a simple power cycle didn't clear the issue. Is it just when printing that the screen goes blank? Does the machine function ok when copying? Does it shut down the machine when printing to it? If you could provide a few more details I can most likely help you with your issue. Thanks

sounds like you need a new magenta drum

maybe there is a dots on drum, and also check the primary corona assy

low power, pls check the input voltage

hi , check fuser film rotation or film sensor

SPECIFICALLY...you need to replace the Black drum unit.
the sequence of that particular error code is;
E020-01XX(Yellow drum)
E020-02XX(Magenta drum)
E020-03XX(cyan drum)
E020-04XX(Black drum)
