I too have to same problem, did you find a solution? I swapped out the existing fans with different ones to try to solve the problem to no avail. I inspected the bulb for signs of malfunction and could not find any. Any updates would be wonderful!

You need to replace the lamp and then go into the settings menu and reset the lamp hours counter to zero.

Look to the color wheel for your problem. They do wear out.

I had black spots on my picture the problem was dust on the mirrors inside the projector. Hope this helps
