The finisher lock is the screws, the top one it looks like is just a bracket but pulls out towards you, and unlocks it. then do the rests in the back and the 2 in the bottom of the unit ( pull the paper tray to see them). You should be able to remove the all unit by disconecting the plug in the back of the paper tray cabinet.

If this is the code F1-03 then you have motor trouble within the finisher that I am assuming is fitted to your machine. Try entering this code to reset it.
