Hi, When scanning to e-mail you would need to enter the details of a smtp server e.g. Gmail, as well as your DNS settings into the photocopier via the web browser. To access the browser, enter the I.P. address of the copier into the web address & this will give you the front page of the copier. To access the network settings you'll need the user name : admin & the password Sharp. Depending on the firmware version the machine must have SSL installed, if it hasn't then unfortunately you will not be able to scan to e-mail. A second line isn't needed, this wouldn't cause blank pages to be printed. This could cause fax's not to be received if the line is in use. There could be 2 causes of blank fax's. Either the obvious which is the person sending the fax is faxing the document the wrong way up. Or the fax board on your copier has a malfunction.
