My laptop can't detect wireless network in my
Probably, it is disabled. Try Fn F4. F4 shud have the WIFI logo if not find the F keys that has the WIFI logo. Or there is a switch on one of sides of the laptop which can be turned on.

Are you sure it has bluetooth because some Acer computers have a button for it but don't actually have the hardware.
To check go to the control panel and search for a device manager.
Once you open that look if there is a bluetooth device and whether or not there is problem with it.
Turn on your computer and wait for Windows to fully boot.
Then log in as an administrator. You will not be able to use Bluetooth under a non-administrator account.
Press the button with the Bluetooth symbol on the left side of the computer. This will launch the Bluetooth utility. From here you can sync and manage Bluetooth peripherals.
Press the Bluetooth button again to disable Bluetooth. This will disable all connections, but the utility will save your settings so the same devices will sync with the computer again when Bluetooth is re-enabled.

Acer i cant change my profile picture in badoo
for example I have 15 pictures to choose for profile picture in my album,and when I delete that picture who was on my profile pic badoo automatic takes next picture who was next to deleted picture,so I put picture which I want next my profile picture and when I deleted pic. I got my favorite picture for profile,and after that I was add again that picture which I was deleted and she is in album again :D (with mouse you can sort picture how you want),so with mouse you can put favorite picture in front of existing profile picture and when you delete that existing picture you favorite automatical set for profile picture
The battery is not recharging
Possible that the battery is bad or weak, the adaptor is not outputing the required voltage or is faulty or that the charging circuit is faulty in the motherboard.
In all these you need to check on the voltage incident on the battery terminals. So connect the adaptor an check the voltage at the battery terminals in the laptop, if absent check at the pins, if absent check on the adaptor circuit.

If voltage is present then the battery is a suspect, if not the motherboard charging circuit has problems if adaptor is good and there is no charging.

How do i access the webcam on the acer aspire one?
Any software that supports webcam such as video calls, video conferencing, skype, yahoo messenger, etc..but before that make sure the driver for your webcam is properly installed. Operating System usually install default driver for that but just to be sure go to acer website search for the particular model in their support page

start>right click computer>manage>devices> check to see if there is a yellow exclamation mark beside your camera device.
start>all programs> windows update - make sure that the computer has been fully updated.
restart computer after updates. if camera still does not connect uninstall driver and download driver from website as previous version might be corrupt
