Guys for thoses of you that have other types of this machine , As i have it,s not the same type as agustin which i want to thank for sending this post as it has help me, But as my philps magic series 5 primo is a different modal i had an old bank card in my wallet or if you have anything with that type of chip on it, then cut the card to the right size and shape to fix your machine (BUT DO IT BIT BY BIT) Till it,s the correct size and shape and just insert it into the machine and close the lid, As i have just done and to my amazment it (WORKED) !!!!!!!!!!!!! and now it,s back to normal and fully working, If you need an image of my card shape and size just email me and ill send you an scanned image of it for you to work with.

THE NEW INK FILM IN, ROLL THE INK FILM ON ROLLER NEAREST TO YOU FORWARD
UNTIL ALL THE SILVER STRIPS TO THE RIGHT ARE NO LONGER VISIBLE (THIS IS
THE BAR CODE ON THE INK ROLL IT'S SELF)
REMOVE INK FILM FROM MACHINE
CLOSE MACHINE
TYPE
IN OK 45 OK 7117 OK (THEN IT WILL ASK IF YOU ARE SURE) YES (CHANGE WITH
< > BUTTONS BETWEEN OK BUTTON )
SET TIME AND DATE
OK
OPEN MACHINE
PUT INK FILM BACK IN
CLOSE MACHINE
YOUR DONE LOVERLY JUBBERLY !!!

there are some fax machines out in the market which are incompatible and cannot fax to each other. should be maximum 2% of all machines that exhibit those problems. Nothing can be done about it.
