The adjustment requires disassembling the projector. It's not really something that should be attempted in the field.

It keeps overheating.
Is the fan set to run continuously? Go to the menu and see if it's set up to run. Also we have this problem with mounted projectors in our classrooms, we have to keep the room cool, and make sure the projector gets circulation of air.

Green light on power up,fans run stays on for about one minute .
you have to reset the lamp timer this must be done when a new lamp is inserted into the unit.
You can reset the lamp timer by holding the up arrow key on the
Projector in until a online message appears. Then just follow the
on-screen instructions.If the problem still continue , you will need to replace the Ballast the lamp's power supply.

Double image or shadow image
We recently had the same problem with our church projector and we too had just changed the lamp. I read somewhere while searching for an answer that if the cable input is loose it will cause double vision of the text. Sure enough, the cable was loose and after tightening the text cleared up immediatly.

How do you get the

There should be a lamp door at the bottom of the Projector that you have to unscrew before you will be able to take out the lamp.
