Use code search on your Westinghouse URC to find something that works. If a search through all codes stored in the URC fails, try a different one.

I may be guessing, but here goes. Make sure all the ink cartridges are seated. In Properties, got to Advance - have your settings checked off as follows: Spool print documents so program finishes printing faster, Aart printing after last page is spooled.

Clean the heads in printer, maybe a sllightly dirty cartridge opeining.
Other than above, I don't really know the correct solution.

DIODE or sensor in the unit. Not user serviceable

Toshiba... | Answered on Nov 22, 2019

There are a couple of things that could cause this. One is a bad diode in the power supply and the other is a bad sensor in the playback unit near the head. Neither one is job for anyone that has no experience in electronic repairs.

Shouldn't matter what the OS (operating system) is. What you need to do is to make sure you convert the movie to proper format which would allow you to view on DVD player after burning. Usually you need a seperate software. Your DVD player should say what formats are compatible. Usually listed on unit or in manual. Avi is a great format but when you burned it to DVD your computer probably created a Data Disk. Which would make it unreadable by DVD player. Check to make sure you are able to convert to format that's readable by your player.Good Luck

the power led may be flashing a code you can google.
My Panny will flash the power LED when there is a problem. Well, for many problems anyway. Observe the sequence like 7 and 3. I do not know if the Toshiba has that feature. If not, the issue is most likely power, HOWEVER, any board could be at fault since it powers up then shuts down. An excessive load on another board could be shutting it down. A fault on the PS board itself could also be shutting it down.
