press up arrow then down arrow or left arrow then right should fix the problem iv had my tv do this twice and is how I fixed it but took me a while to find the fix both times so posting this here because this is the first result in my searches so hopefully if it happens to me again I can remind my self by helping everyone else

check the main power switch of the TV, then also check the control buttons on the front panel of the TV maybe one of the button s on the front panel is press (normally close state), or maybe the buttons is defective (maybe the menu button)

Bad Capaciotrs on the Power Supply Board can do this ,they will be vented or swollen on Top.

if it has a hdmi port then you can use it as a pc monitor,plug in the hdmi cable through your cpu or laptop then,select hdmi as your tv source
