Hi, The OE code signifies that your LG washer is unable to drain the water out during wash cycle. Probably a leaky pump or related component

Normally indicative of a 'slow fill' issue. Turn off the water. Remove the hose connectors at the rear of the machine and check the strainers for limescale and debris. Have someone hold the hose in a bucket or sink and turn on the water to check flow and pressure. Reconnect, turn water on and check for leaks.

Try changing temperature settings. It might be that one of your water valves is not working. As an example, if you are washing on warm, then the hot will work, but not the cold as it tries to mix the two, but you will still get water to correct level.
