Poor sound/very low sound controls having no effect
That sounds like the main amp is failing. I suspect the unit will have one IC as the power amp, which will need replacing. You can have a look inside to see if you can see something like this:
If you do. Make a note of the number on it, it might say something like STK563. Then put your number into Google and it will give you a clue to how much it will cost and if it is obtainable. You can then either fix it yourself if you have the skills or take it to the repair shop.
Subwoofer wont work
Receivers often have the ability to switch off the subwoofer channel. Especial if it wasn't connected before. If it has the ability to do a speaker test or set up try that. If it bypasses the subwoofer that will confirm the channel is not on.
Okay my problem is its
When turning it on hold the enter key at the same time to reset the machine back to the factory settings...worked for me when I had that exact problem.

Have someone check your house wiring to see if the live and neutral are reversed.
Beyond that - you may have some leaky capacitors. If you're tech savvy, open up the unit and see if any of the electrolytic capacitors are bulging at the top or leaking at the bottom, and if so, unsolder and replace them. This is actually the most likely issue.

Won't come out of eco mode
if the receiver is on, you can press the "Eco" Button and then, you have to rotate the "Multi-Joy" in the next 3 seconds to change Eco-Mode to Off. When you selected it, you have to confirm with enter.
My volume control on my
Assuming the physical volume control on the receiver still works I would say the remote's volume control is faulty.

Zoom in on the picture of the original remote provided on the site (or look at your own) and get the actual remote model number.
or check eBay: search for "(model of the device or the remote) remotes", check the 'include description' box. Usually cheaper than the vendors.
