You have to get that specific region dvd player.
And no u cannot change the regional code.

Search for the regional code on the back of ur dvd cover.. should be though 1 through 6.

ps3's are region free for gaming, However, certain functionality specific to the game title may be disabled and unreliable if your game is not from the same region as your playstation 3 system. the blueray dvd will only play your specific country region film dvd discs.

it could be that your blu-ray lens is dirty (the easiest fix) try cleaning it with disk cleaner... or if u know how opening up ur system and cleaning the lense physically... if that didn't work it could be that ur blu-ray might be dead...

If the TV was originally set up on an HDTV via HDMI cables you'll have to reset the video/audio outputs on the PS3. When you turn the PS3 on hold your finger down on the button until it beeps a second time, then remove your finger and let the console restart. That should reset the PS3's video output.

It is a known bug in the game. EA have not announced a patch for the PS3 version, so I cannot say when the bug will be fixed. 
You can attempt to start the game again, but it is likely you will come across the same bug.

Go to audio options, and manually DE-select Digital 5.1. That should fix it. It did for me.

first thing you may want to check is to see if your disks play automatically. go to settings>system settings>disc auto start (its about mid way down). make sure that is marked "ON" If its not just press "X" on disc auto start and you should have option to turn it "OFF" and "ON". with that set every time you put in a disc it should auto start. if that doesn't start automatically the title of your BD should be under VIDEO and it should be the one on the bottom. if it doesn't show up there you should check to make sure the disk is able to be read. try it with another DVD/BD if those show up and your first disk don't than you know you have a faulty disk. hope this helps

U need to decrypt your Blu-ray disc. Try this tool(http://www.pavtube.com/blu-ray-ripper/) which can decrypt and rip the m2ts files off from disc. Then u can play the m2ts files on your player. And there is no quality loss during conversion.

Ok then you basically answered your own question. The problem is with your game Fifa 09. You should try to exchange it with another copy which you should be able to do without much of a problem. Just explain to them the situation they have to replace it. Take it back.
