E02-01 refers to the tray 1 lift motor either you have a bad motor or there's a problem with your main board. good luck

Listen to see if the lift motor is working properly...if it doesn't lift the paper then the machine will think there is no paper installed in the paper tray. The lift motor will need to be replaced if this is the issue.

SC-220 = The laser synchronizing detection signal for the start position of the LDB is not output for two seconds after LDB unit turns on while the polygon motor is rotating normally.

Which could mean:

• The Copy Data Security Unit card not installed

• The Copy Data Security Unit card is installed, but it is not the correct type for the machine.

Or a problem with the laser unit itself.

A reboot normally clears the error.

Press "Function" key scroll to general settings , Press "set", scroll to "09 Key operator mode" Press set, Enter 3 Zeroes as the password. Scroll to "01 Paper size" press arrow keys (left/right) to desired size ,press set and then Stop to exit

you have to program the paper size anytime you change the size of paper you use in a lot of panasonic machines. This is done through the
function" feature... go intofunction... general settings...scroll down to key operator mode...the code will be "00000000" (8- 0's) and it will be in one of the first screens up

Check the toner replacement instructions, it will mention a glass window that has to be kept perfectly clean. One speck will make a line on the paper.
