The inbuild speakers are faulty or the the supply voltage is missing to the audio amplifiers or the audio IC is no longer work anymore or the capacitors inside of the TV are now bad. You could buy another CRT TV or get the one that has no sound repaired from someone that fixes TVs.

you battery must have a problem try to remove batterry and plug the power supply .or maybe its your hardisk failure your hardisk must be corrupted something like that

If your comfortable doing it remove the back and unhook the connector from the inferred sensor board, then try to turn the set on with the buttons on the set and shut it off again, if it works ok then that board is bad, if you still have the issue replace the main board

Main system control memory IC fault. This is a very small IC; have 8 solder terminals, and can be located very near to the main system control-chroma IC. Check and replace it.
