There is no factory reset unplug the camera shut down the DVR then reboot the DVR then reconnect the camera if this doesn't work check the power supply to the camera it might not be getting the correct voltage hope this helps thanx Chris ..

Depends what you mean by pairing. The device allows you to view via a Swann app on your 2 mobile phones. So you can watch CCTV video streaming simultaneously on the 2phones or any compatible Android / iPhone device.

1st lets figure out how old your swann cameras are?? If they are within say 5rs old and are digital. Then the answer is YES they should work no problem. After all a digital signal is a digital signal. Unless encrypted of course. Given you have the correct connectors that go from the camera to DVR you should be fine. If not, you can find adapters at any decent electronics store. Kinda like Radio Shack used to be.
