Hi, If the tablet you are willing to register is an android tablet then in order to register it, you need a Google account ( like [email protected]) so that you can activate it in your tablet. If you are using any other email account then you need to add that email account later once you add your Google account. other email accounts can only be used to access the emails. To create a Google account please visit www.gmail.com and signup for a new account. Once you get new Google account try to register your tablet of phone by selecting the option of existing user. You can also create a new Google account by selecting new user from the registration page in your table or phone.
