Your birthdate is required information, so you will not be able to delete it. You can set the visibility privacy to 'Only Me' so that you are the only one who can see it. Timeline > About > Contact and Basic Info > point at Birthdate item and click on the audience preference icon that shows to the right, in the edit window that opens click on the audience preference icon and set privacy to 'Only Me'. NOTE: there is a separate audience icon for birthdate (Month/Day) and for Year. You may want to set the privacy for Month/Day to Friends so they will get a birthday notification.

There should be a little arrow pointing down in the top right corner of the post. Click it and it will give the option to delete the post.

I'm certainly not a gamer, but in this case try restarting the iPhone. If that doesn't help remove the app and do a fresh re-install from the app store. In-App purchases can be restored. I'm not sure if you retain your game status - again i'm not a gamer.

if your iPad is not the first generation and has a camera built in, then the camera app cannot be deleted as it belongs to one of the core apps of the iOS system.
