How does it connect? If it is wifi, what is the rating of the wifi

Make sure if you are using the RCA connectors they are the red, yellow, white. Connecters that the red and white are connected from your device to the tv. Also if you are using a HDMI or something else. Maybe try turning up the power on your device. Based on Emerson reviews, you might be better off buying another (maybe different brand) TV.

LIEBERT = I think you have the spelling wrong. Try searching browsers using this spelling. A few sites are bound to have a user guide available though my searches turned up nothing. A lot of links end up at Emerson however: www.emersonnetworkpower.com. You might want to check with these guys. At least its a start.
