if you have done somerooting, your tablet is probably bricked. no warranty can be claimed. but, if it goes out suddenly just like it is. it may be you system OS is corrupted. try flashing a stock Rom (original one from the manufacturer's website)

Is it kitkat? No can do. I know of only one program that can. It has to do with FAT32 and NTFS file systems and their security.
