Can the battery be taken out of a Samsung Galaxy 3 tablet
To fix this, you have to disconnect the battery from the motherboard. That's right, you have to remove the back and pop off the battery connector. The only difficult part of this solution is removing the back of the device. I highly recommend using tools. I happen to have super-strength thumbnails, so I was able to pop the back off without the tools (I don't recommend this to anyone with mere mortal nails). To pry the back off, you insert the tool into the seam between the glass and the side, and carefully pop it out. There are a number of connectors, so this will take some time.
Won't turn on won't charge?
Change to a different charger and try that. It won't switch on if there's no charge in the battery so you've got to get some in there. If this fails it would tend to indicate that you have a problem with either the battery or the connection port. You could also try contacting Samsung customer support.

What kind of wifi remote/wireless do I need for a Samsung galaxy tablet?
If you have a combination modem/wireless router you should be able to connect your tablet to the internet. If not, you will need to either buy a wireless router that connects to your modem to broadcast the wireless signal or contact your service provider and get the combination modem/wireless router.
Tablet problems with touch of the screen
let's start with the basics first in order to solve your tablet issue. Once we go that, we can move forward as necessary.
I would recommend performing an antivirus scan on your device. You can search for "avast" or "malwarbytes" in your app store to get started.
If that doesn't work, then you can perform a factory reset as described by Samsung here:
https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062842/ . You'll be advised to back up your files before performing the factory reset.
Please let me know if this helped you or not.
