How to remove demo video from a Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4

You will have to do a factory data reset! I found when I bought this it kept playing a demo video every time I tried to close the screen. Go to settings, then general, then backup and reset. Turn off backup my data and automatic restore. Then touch on Factory Data Reset. You will have to agree to everything after it restarts but you can change these settings after you have reset your account info. This worked for me. You will loose your pics, data, and other things you have put on this device but if you transfer those dates to a SD card you can reinstall after resetting the tablet. This is the only way I found to get rid of the annoying demo video that comes with this thing.

Tablet problems with touch of the screen

let's start with the basics first in order to solve your tablet issue. Once we go that, we can move forward as necessary. I would recommend performing an antivirus scan on your device. I cant get help cause you wont give me any. I have wasted almost an hour asking the same question over an over.

You would get better response if you ask just once and provide all the details available. For example, is the screen flashing blue, or another light? Exactly which model Samsung Tab E are you asking about? Have you tried contacting Samsung tech support?

Why is this so hard to figure out? I am afraid of damaging it.

if its saying open it up to reset the battery..it means open it up and to take the battery out and put it back in. please let me know if this is what you are asking,or this is what its telling you to do.
