Dyson dc21 motorhead stopped working
Remove the motor head from the extension pipe and look carefully at the mounting hole the pipe plugs into. Next to the main hole there should be 2 pin connectors, either above it or below it. This is the power supply connector for the head unit. GENTLY use your finger to try and move these pins, they should not move. Sometimes these pins can break and stop the motor working. Sadly they cannot be repaired so you might have to replace the whole motorhead.

Dyson v6 slim battery problem
Replacement Vacuum Cleaner Battery for Dyson V6
Chemistry: Li-ionVoltage: 21.6VCapacity: 3000mAhColor: BlackWeight: 340gDimensions: 132 x 114 x 88mm
I have a new Dyson V8 Absolute When I try to charge it nothing happens. When I pull the trigger I have one flashing blue light. HELP
not trying to be a smart a** but which of the two do you have?
1. A flashing blue light indicates that the battery is running low on charge.
2. A fast flashing blue light indicates no power or a temporary fault (e.g. check filter or for blockages).
FYI....A solid blue light indicates that the battery is charging. No light indicates the battery is fully charged. A solid amber light indicates that the battery is not charging due to a temporary fault (e.g. too hot/cold). A flashing red light indicates that there is a fault, call the Dyson Helpline.
Best to you.
