Maybe you should not turn tha camera toward yourself? You know... cameraas have a front and a reverse.

Press and hold the power button for at least 10 seconds, then release. If that doesn't work, there is a reset hole at the back of the tablet which you should insert a paper clip into.

go into Wi fi turn on Wi fi and if it asks for password enter it . hope it helps .

If battery is depleted, then no, it will not turn on. If battery charger is dead, phone won't charge or turn on. If battery charger cable is broken, tablet won't charge or turn on. You need to ensure you have a good working charger, and a good cable. Only a known good charger and a known good cable can charge the unit. Borrow or invest in a new charger and cable (they're cheap on eBay). Only once you know the charger and cable are good can you determine that they are not the problem. Depending on how old the unit is, it's possible the battery can no longer hold a charge and needs to be replaced. You won't know that though until you first determine the charger and cable you're using are working properly and providing a good charge.
