Call symantec and tell them the issue, the may give you the details of subscription by asking some details you might have given, when you bought the subscription..This might solve your issue with this..

You need to setup a fax modem to be able to send and receive faxes with WinFax.

In WinFax, click on Tools, Setup.
Click on Modems & Communications Devices.
Here you can configure your fax device.

Your best bet is to go to Norton's site and download the uninstaller for the version of Norton's you had install.

It can be removed by hand but its tedious and you must be good with the system registry.

Download spybot search and destroy from Spybot - Search & Destroy - Free software downloads and run a full computer scan. This is effective against viruses and malaware.

Then download AVG Free - Download AVG Anti-Virus,
install it, update it and do a full virus scan.

If that is not enough to get rid of viruses, or if the system had been damaged, you may need to re-install the system.

Uninstall norton and look for one called Avast ... its fully functional even the free version and I haven't seen a virus get by it in my time of working as a pc tech ..... if you have problems with the serial number for avast ,let me know and I'll get one for you ....

So far, whomever posted this has failed to state a problem. I have lots of tracking cookies on my computer... including amazon, netflix, myspace, facebook and other sites that I visit and/or buy from. So what's your point? Sites that sell products tend to want to know you are the cardholder and stuff. Same as when they ask to see my drivers license in the real world. Big deal.
