HP 4630 printer has error code oxc4eb827f
Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
I see that you're getting the error code: 0xc4eb827f on the front panel of your HP Officejet 4630 e-All-in-One Printer. I'd like to assist you today with resolving this error. The failure itself may be within the print system in your printer. Due to the error state there is only one support step that we can attempt, which is a Reset. Can you please follow the steps below.
Reset the Printer:
Without turning off the printer, disconnect the USB cable from the rear of the printer.
Remove the ink cartridges from the printer. *
Wait until a message to insert the ink cartridges displays. If you do not see a message within a few minutes, skip to step 4 to disconnect the power cord.
Disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
Wait 60 seconds.
Reconnect the power cord. If the printer does not automatically turn on, press the Power button.
Reinsert the ink cartridges, and then close any open doors on the printer.
If you receive a prompt to print a calibration page, do so.
If you disconnected the USB cable, reconnect it to the rear of the printer.
Try to print.

My printer is offline how do I get this corrected
Connecting that printer via USB is nearly goof-proof, so I'll assume that you are connecting wirelessly under Windows. My first bit of advice is to make sure your wireless connection turned on (you're not in Airplane Mode and you can get to websites), then check that your connection is NOT PUBLIC, but "Home" or "Work Network". "Public" connections don't have access to any other network resources, including printers. This alone accounts for the majority of offline/connection problems I work with. Checking or changing this varies with the version of Windows you're using, but viewing your connection under the "Network and Sharing Center" (accessed by right clicking on your wireless connection icon in the lower right task tray in Win 7) will get you started.
If you change this, reboot and check your printer connection afterwards; that may be all you need.
Next, make sure the printer can "see" the network, or your PC (depending on whether you're installing in "infrastructure" or "Direct" wireless modes. If you're comfortable doing so, the control panel on this printer can walk you through (re)establishing a wireless connection; if not, re-running the HP installation routine (more than just printer drivers) will guide you back to functionality.
