Try removing the batteries in your remote and switch it on manually. If not OK. Try unplugging it for 1 day and connect it again. That usually resets its electronics. If it fails then the power supply electronics needs repair.

That is asking for the code for activating the antennae that you have connected to it. Nothing to do with the television and not something that FIXYA can help you with. The instructions on the screen are telling you what to do and says nothing about coming to Fixya dot com!
