either your fuel pump or the relay is bad id try the relay first

Dealership would charge you for a whole new chassis wiring harness, $1,000. Find the harness at a salvage yard, like here in Denver I would call Larry at Chevy Used Truck parts, probably around $100 - find a small shop to install it, probably $200 -500. I personally would remove the console/shifter boot, find the short and replace the burned wires - but few shops will do that or do so then charge you for replacing the harness. Too hard to tell without seeing.

If antifreeze is leaking out of your front main oil seal you would have to have the engine full of coolant which would mean a major gasket leak. I submit that coolant is running down the front side of the engine and then dripping off the oil seal. Probably from the water pump. Pressurize the cooling system to determine the exact cause of the fluid leak

TRY CHECKING IDLE CONTROL VALVE

Yes with 12v and ground straight to the pump it should run if not the pump is dead .

Start with a check on how much fuel pressure is in the system. Low pressure will make it hard to start and not run well. Also a plugged catalectic converter will do the same

Could be the idle speed control motor, it contols the the bypass around the throttle plate, The idle speed is not adjustable as it is controlled by the ECM.

you might need an air filter, if it dirty it can restrict air flow to your engine and your engine runs on gas mixed with air. so your probably not getting enough air thus choking the engine and stalling. you might also need an altinator. which keeps your engine running after the initial start boost from the battery. one way to check if you need this is start your car, let it run for a few seconds then unplug your battery. if your car stays running you don't need an altinator. also when is the last time you changed your fuel filter or air filter?
