Press the Home button and Power button at the same time to take a screen snapshot. This will be save to your Photos. when you print this, the picture may be truncated at the edges. Open the photo, then tap the Shaing icon (box with upward-pointing arrow in it), and click "Save PDF to Books". This saves the photo .jpeg file as a .pdf file. Tap the Books icon on your iPad's desktop to open it. Select the file your just saved to open it, then click the Print icon (a printer) to open the box in which you can select print settings: Printer, paper size, color or B&W, etc.

I don't think that you can update an iPad of any type to a specific iOS version. When you chose to update, it usually auto-updates to the latest version of the iOS that is compatible with your device.

Your battery is basically out of charge. Plug one end of your charger into the iPad, and the other end into your wall charger.
