If this model even uses one-(check owner manual which will have instructions if it does) it will be behind a door on rear of the unit in most cases--this unit is so flat up front I doubt it is there but could be.GOOGLE is a good place to search based on the model number "manual" or "lamp replacement" etc.

to put this simply ive spent almost all day advising on this exact problem have alook at my fixes and it will show you the problem but to put it simple you either have connected the wrong cables ie-- rca vs caroma the best way to fix this is to correct the setting in the output on your dvd player it needs to know what signal to send the tv ie rca caroma or hd cable

I have the horizontal line problem but I do get that random black screen issue. It could be convergence problem.

Power supply is developing a problem sustaining voltage regulation and is programmed to shut down. Or it could be a bad OP-Amp on the interface board that's not closing when voltage is applied. Your tv needs servicing. You can send it too us or at your local tv repair shop for proper troubleshooting and repair.

its on the side of tv! but 1st take on the black lable on the back than push that button in than the red green and blue will can on ones done put black lable back on and thats than good luck

Have you try'd cleaning the screen, my friend had lines on his, he took the screen out, seperated it (2 pieces) and took his time cleaning it, seem'd 98% better when he finished

if it's in warranty call 1-800-SAMSUNG, otherwise it could be a loose cable, open it up and chaeck all the connectio0n in the front cover

Unplug it and plug it in again. This worked for me and I have a very similar problem occasionally. Turning the power off and on with the remote will not work.

Here is what going on. This is a internal fix. You need to do a small voltage adjustment. There are 2 controls. Your VS adjust and your VA adjust. Maybe your VE adjust. Look inside the panel there will be a sticker with the correct voltage. Just adjust accordingly. Be very careful. These are very important adjustment.
