This is probably caused my W32.Fujacks.Ca. To remove it, you have to enter safemode, backup your registry and then navigate to the following place in this article to remove it.

Not Protecting properly.
Uninstall norton and look for one called Avast ... its fully functional even the free version and I haven't seen a virus get by it in my time of working as a pc tech ..... if you have problems with the serial number for avast ,let me know and I'll get one for you ....

There should be an option that says Liveupdate or update on the main menu of the program.
You need Internet access first in order o use it.

You have to manually delete the leftover files that the uninstall didn't delete, just brows the PC for the associated files (from program files etc) and pop them in the recycle bin.

How to remove virus completely without formatting my Pc.
Remove the hard drive and put it in a working system to scan it.
Get a thumb drive, install an operating system & anti virus on that, boot and scan using thumb drive.
Go to
Trend Micro and use their free online tools to scan.
